Kirk Crisler is the Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at TriTel Services, Inc.

About Kirk: In 1991 he joined the U.S. Army where he served abroad as an M1/A1 tank crew member and received an honorable discharge in 1994 with letters of commendation, air assault certification and combat lifesaver certification. After his 3 year military commitment, he worked as a residential construction superintendent for Kyvest Ltd in Peachtree City, GA until 1997 and part time student at Clayton State College in preparation for his Business Degree. In April of 1997, Kirk recognized the opportunity in the wireless construction arena and began his career with CAJ Construction as a Construction Manager. In 1999, CAJ Construction was sold to Airwave Services Inc., where Kirk operated as a civil crew leader and Construction Manager.

In early 2001, he started his employment with Tricon Services as a partner and construction operations manager, where he received a construction management certification from Associated Builders and Constructors Association. After 8 successful years, Tricon was acquired by American Communications in 2009 where Kirk maintained his position as operations manager. In 2011, he began his employment with Baran Telecom where he held positions as tower operations manager, safety and fleet manager, construction operations manager and earned his Comtrain Instructor certification for tower rescue. In 2012 he was offered a position at Southern Diversified Technologies as the operations director and was promoted in 2013 to Wireless Division Manager as well as earning his Comtrain Instructor training and was the in house tower rescue instructor.

After successfully building the SDT Wireless Division, Kirk was offered the opportunity to join the Tritel team and start a legacy with a new vision in the wireless construction field. In addition to his wireless career, Kirk enjoys hunting, fishing, camping and hiking.

David Bellino

David Bellino

Chief Financial Officer

David Bellino is the current Chief Financial Officer at TriTEL Services, Inc. He has held that position since early 2013 and brings a wide variety of different skills to the table. In his many years of experience in various industries he has developed skills as a business broker, a business consultant a real estate broker and more. He also has extensive experience as a stock broker, all of which help him in the duties and responsibilities that he fulfills at TriTEL Services, Inc. on a daily basis.

David also served as a principal consultant at ServiceMax USA, Inc. He graduated from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and specialized in real estate law, negotiations, corporate law and business statistics. His many skills include investments, new business development, asset management, finance, portfolio management, financial analysis and more.

In his personal life, David truly enjoys traveling and taking full advantage of all of the wonderful gifts that life has to offer. He enjoys snow skiing both in the western portions of the United States and in Europe. He is also an avid scuba diver and has done so in many different areas, including in the Caribbean. He considers his faith in our Creator to be his number one priority in life and considers his family to be a close second.

David is truly one of the most valued members of the TriTEL Services, Inc. family and continues to be of vital importance to the operations of the business on a daily basis.

Bobbie Corey

Phyllis Pongetti

Accounting/Payroll Manager

Phyllis was born in Jacksonville, Florida but grew up in New England. She has been happily married to her high school sweetheart, Gary, for 38 years. Gary was in the U.S. Army stationed in Berlin, Germany where they resided for the first year and half of their marriage. They thoroughly enjoyed living in Europe which provided them with the opportunity to travel and experience different cultures. After returning to the states, they had two children, Tiffany and Gary, Jr. Gary and Phyllis moved to Georgia in 1986 to provide their young family with more opportunity as well as introduce their children to all of the sports, entertainment, diversities and other activities living in the suburbs of a big city has to offer. Tiffany is now married with four children and Gary Jr. is also married with one child who was born last year on Phyllis’ birthday.

Phyllis earned her A.S. degree at Post Jr, College in Waterbury, Connecticut as a Paralegal. She specialized in Real Estate Law for 30 years providing management, training and supervision over several law offices in the Atlanta area. She played an integral part in the development of these offices and their financial success. Five years ago she was offered the opportunity to pursue a career in office management and accounting for an agency providing talent. This was very appealing since she now sought change and new challenge in her career. As is typical of her personality, she jumped in with both feet and has never looked back. Phyllis joined TriTEL Services Inc. in early June as the Accounting and Payroll Manager and is now an integral part of the TriTEL Team.

Phyllis enjoys spending a lot of time with her five grandchildren as well as traveling and cooking.
